STATEMENT OF THE CASE
In this appeal, we are confronted with another twist in the interpretation of the certificate requirement of the Healthcare Malpractice Claims Act (“HCMCA” or “the Act”), Maryland Code (1974, 2006 Rep. Vol., 2012 Supp.), Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article (“CJP”), §§ 3-2A-01-10.
