This is an appeal from a refusal of the district court to set aside and vacate an order made by it bearing date and filed January 5, 1888, relating to an order of the same court made September 12, 1887, directing the sale of the assets of a certain insolvent estate then in the hands of a receiver, and relating also to an order confirming the sale of these assets of date November 12th, of tire same year.
