William McEniry brought an action on the case in the coimty court of Rode Island county against the Tri-City Railway Company for damages caused to his automobile, resulting from a collision with a street car in the city of Rock Island where Seventh street intersects Twenty-first street. In the county court there was a finding for the defendant below and a judgment against plaintiff for costs. Plaintiff below has appealed direct to this court.
