Carl Gibbs and his son, Scottie Gibbs, appeal from their convictions for aggravated assault. Construed in favor of the verdict, see Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U. S. 307 (99 SC 2781, 61 LE2d 560) (1979), evidence presented at trial shows that after a motor vehicle collision, both Carl and Scottie Gibbs fired gunshots at their neighbors, Dennis and Leigh Ann Cox.
