Colin Foster Brown appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree homicide by vehicle. For the following reasons, we find no error and affirm.
1. The evidence was sufficient to support the guilty verdict. On appeal from a criminal conviction, the defendant is no longer presumed innocent, and the evidence is construed in favor of the guilty verdict. Parker v. State, 220 Ga.
