Plaintiff Assured Guaranty Municipal Corporation (“Assured”)1 alleges that defendants Flagstar Bank, FSB; Flagstar Capital Markets Corporation; and Flags-tar ABS, LLC (collectively, “Flagstar”) breached a series of contracts that provided financial guaranty insurance against certain defaults affecting two Flagstar securitizations backed by home equity loans.
