Claude and Shirley Fairchild (collectively, “Sellers,” and individually, “Claude” or “Shirley”) 1 appeal the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cedar County, Missouri, granting rescission of a contract for deed (“the Contract”) and damages to Scott and Christine Greenstreet (collectively, “Buyers,” and individually, “Scott” or “Christine”) based upon breach of contract, constructive eviction, and trespass.
