Respondent was admitted to the Bar by this court on September 24,1941. 'The petition in this disciplinary proceeding sets forth three charges of professional misconduct. Charge I alleges that respondent, after being retained to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of an automobile accident, neglected the action and permitted the action to become barred by the Statute of Limitations.
