This appeal is from a summary judgment entered for appellee Progressive Classic Insurance Company in a lawsuit brought by its insured, appellant Dora Castaneda, for uninsured-motorist benefits. Progressive moved for summary judgment on the ground that the accident occurred while a named excluded driver was at the wheel of Castaneda’s car.
