WorldCom, Inc. (“WorldCom”) and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, referred to as the “Debtors” herein at all times pre- and post-petition) filed a motion for summary judgment and a motion to strike portions of affidavits submitted as evidence to defeat summary judgment by Parus Holdings, Ine.
