MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The issue presented is whether this Court may grant the Debtor’s motion to reimpose the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362 in the above-styled Motion which has been appealed.
Briefly stated, the facts appear as follows. The Debtor, Kendrick Equipment Corporation, filed its Chapter 11 petition in this Court on October 18, 1985. On November 29, 1985, the Movant, Ingersoll-Rand Financial Corporation, filed the above-styled Motion requesting relief from the stay to dispose of property in which it had a perfected security interest.…
