MEMORANDUM OPINION
MAHON, District Judge.
James McClain, Steven Brown, and Steven Keeney, Appellants, appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court imposing sanctions for the bad faith filing of the Chapter 11 proceeding from which this in terlocutory appeal arises. Several procedural motions are currently pending, and the Appellants have also filed timely objections to a contempt order entered by the bankruptcy court for the Appellants’ alleged failure to comply with the bankruptcy court’s order imposing monetary sanctions.
