MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, Senior District Judge.
Ernest Siwik (“Siwik”) has sued Marshall Field & Company (“Marshall Field”), asserting that his employment was terminated in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-624, and Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 § 301, 29 U.S.C. § 185 (“Section 301”). Marshall Field now moves for summary judgment under Fed.R.CivJ?. (“Rule”) 56.
