This is an appeal in an opposition proceeding under section 13 of the Lanham Trade-Mark Act, 60 Stat. 433 (1946), 15 U.S.C.A. § 1063 (1952), from the decision of the Commissioner of Patents, 109 U.S.P.Q. 366, speaking through the Assistant Commissioner, reversing the decision of the Examiner of Interferences which dismissed the opposition and which held that applicant (appellant here) was entitled to the registration sought.
