OPINION

TIM TAFT, Justice.

Appellant, Craig Glattly, appeals from the denial of his special appearance. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp.2004-2005). We affirm.

Background
