The question presented by this record is the existence of a highway over certain land and it is largely a question of fact. The appellant filed a bill for an injunction restraining the appellee from interfering with his possession and control of the strip of land in question, and the appellee answered claiming the same as a public street. A replication was filed, the cause was referred to a master to report his conclusions of law and fact, and evidence ivas heard by the master and reported, together with his findings.
