This action was brought to dissolve a partnership alleged to have existed between the plaintiff and the defendant Burt, from the 1st of June, 1860, to the time of filing the complaint which was on the 25th of February, 1864, and to obtain an accounting between them and a sale of the partnership property for the payment of the partnership debts.
