This appeal was taken from an order that a preliminary injunction issue to restrain the defendants, the German Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, and its direc*590tors, from changing the corporation from a mutual company into a joint stock company, and from transacting business as a joint stock company.

The complainant is the holder of a policy issued to her by the company on April 12th, 1898, insuring her against loss by fire between April 20th, 1898, and April 20th, 1901, to the amount of $2,000, and as such she is a member of…
