The East Orange bank and the Central Trust Company, of East Orange, entered into an agreement with the Savings Investment and Trust Company of East Orange, by a two-third vote of all the members of their respective boards of directors, to merge into the Savings Investment and Trust Company the five thousand shares of capital stock of the former, each having twenty-five hundred shares, to be exchanged for a like number of shares of the savings investment company.
