In this medical malpractice action, the plaintiff Walter Sherman.1 appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Bristol Hospital, Inc. (hospital), and its agent, nurse Sharon Silva, after the court granted the defendants’ motion in limine precluding the plaintiffs expert witness from testifying on the issue of causation.
