This cause comes to this court on an appeal by the defendant, Harrison & Sons, Inc., from a judgment non obstante veredicto entered in the municipal court in favor of the plaintiffs, Thomas II. McNeill et al.

On September 5,1935, a judgment by confession was entered against defendant under a lease entered into between plaintiffs and the defendant for rent for the months of August and September, 1935, at $107.50 per month, and also included $39.75 allowed as attorney’s fees, making a total of $254.75 and costs.
