Petitioner, plaintiff below, filed this suit in the 113th District Court of Harris County, Texas, against respondent, defendant below, to cancel and set aside an alleged compromise agreed settlement between the parties for injuries sustained by petitioner in the course of his employment with Richard R. Olmsted Company. Respondent was the insurance carrier for Olm sted under the Workmen’s Compensation Laws of Texas.
