This matter is before the Court on a motion for summary judgment by Defendant United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”). Plaintiff Jeffrey Labow claims that Defendant violated the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) in processing his requests for information. See Complaint, Dkt. # 1; Am. Compl., Dkt. # 22.
