Zeyad Abdeljabbar, the pro se plaintiff in this civil matter, alleges that the defendants, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (“ATF”), the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (“EOUSA”), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), violated the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2012), by failing to respond adequately to FOIA document requests submitted by the plaintiff.
