Appeals in two cases from an order denying the motion of defendant Supersweet Feed Company to set aside a service of summons on the ground that service was not made on an officer or managing agent of the company as required by M. S. A. 548.08.
Supersweet Feed Company is a domestic corporation subsidiary to and wholly owned by Central Bi-Products, Inc. It operates several plants, one of which is located at Mapleton, Minnesota.
