This case is about a paved driveway. The defendant, Vernon L. Lanou, Jr.,1 appeals from the *663judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, William S. Bailey. He claims that the court (1) made erroneous factual findings, (2) improperly admitted and credited the testimony of the plaintiffs expert, (3) rendered an erroneous award of damages, (4) improperly awarded the plaintiff damages pursuant to the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., and (6) erroneously awarded the plaintiff attorney’s fees.
