Atlantic Coast Pipeline, L.L.C. (hereinafter “ACP”) is a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware and is in the business of underground storage and transportation of natural gas. ACP is subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). ACP is currently seeking regulatory approval from FERC for a new natural gas transmission line extending from West Virginia through the Commonwealth of Virginia and into North Carolina.
