Appellant appeals to this court from an award of the Full Industrial Board granting appellee compensation for the death of her husband as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by appellant.

In substance, appellant contends here the evidence shows without contradiction appellee’s decedent was not injured on appellant’s premises or in a vehicle owned or operated by it.
