This case involves the right of Lakehead Pipe Line Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, to acquire by condemnation the right-of-way across land in Bay county, owned by defendants as tenants in common, for the construction of a pipe line for the transportation as a common carrier of petroleum products. Plaintiff was organized in 1949 under the laws of the State of Delaware.
