STANLEY, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on the petition of Raleigh Savings and Loan Association and Charles H. Young and A. L. Purrington, Jr., Trustees for Raleigh Savings and Loan Association, for review of the findings and order of the Referee in Bankruptcy denying an alleged claim of the petitioners in the amount of $10,403.88. Exception is also taken to the order of the referee denying a motion by-Raleigh Savings and Loan Association to amend its claim as originally filed, and in denying the petition of said association for delay in entering the discharge of the…
