Associates in Adolescent Psychiatry, S.C., its owner, Marvin P. Schwarz, and his wife (collectively “AAP”), bought a variable annuity and seek relief against Home Life Insurance Company, a Rhode Island bank, and various accountants and lawyers involved in the process. They present claims under the securities acts, ERISA, RICO, and the common law.
