The panel issued the original opinion in this case on December 3, 2013. United States v. St. Junius, 735 F.3d 247 (5th Cir.2013). We GRANT the petition for rehearing, withdraw our previous opinion, and substitute the following.

This is an appeal by Defendants-Appellants Lia Samira St. Junius (“St.Junius”), Devon Michel Spicer (“Spicer”), and Martha Ramos (“Ramos”) who were convicted of various crimes related to their involvement in a health care fraud conspiracy.
