In this action alleging governmental agency and employee liability for negligent operation of an emergency medical vehicle, plaintiff asserts that the trial court erred in granting summary disposition in favor of defendants on the basis of Robinson v Detroit, 462 Mich 439; 613 NW2d 307 (2000). Plaintiff argues that Robinson, which involved governmental agency and employee liability for injuries stemming from a police chase, is factually distinguishable from the present case.
