*461Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Gary, J.), rendered August 2, 2002, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that he was denied due process and the right of confrontation by the testimony of a police detective is unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05 [2]; People v Kello, 96 NY2d 740, 743-744 [2001]; People v Garcia, 2 AD3d 321, 322 [2003]). In any event,…
