ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS

LOUGHLIN, District Judge.

This is a civil rights action brought by Dennis Thompson, a resident of the Town of Bethlehem, New Hampshire, against Howard Sanborn, Bethlehem’s Chief of Police, Jane Maguire, Bethlehem’s Bail Commissioner, and against the Town of Bethlehem itself. Judge Henry Greenlaw, the Judge of Bethlehem Municipal Court, was also a named defendant in this action, but has since been dismissed by virtue of his absolute immunity from suit.
