Karen E. Evancho (“Evancho”) appeals the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania’s dismissal without prejudice of her amended complaint against D. Michael Fisher, Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 2 in his individual capacity, for failure to state a civil rights claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on which relief may be granted.
