MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTER L. NIXON, Jr., Chief Judge.

The present case comes to this Court as an appeal from a final order of the bankruptcy court. In the proceedings below, three secured creditors of the debtor (appellants) objected to the authority of the bankruptcy trustee (appellee) to pay fees to himself and his attorney for their services in the administration of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings of Gulf Hills Development Corporation.
