On July 7, 2005, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals suspended Andrew Mark Steinberg from the practice of law for sixty days — based on multiple violations of the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct, including failure to provide competent representation, failure to provide prompt representation, and failure to communicate •— “with reinstatement conditioned on making restitution to the client.”1 In re Steinberg, 878 A.2d 496, 497 (D.C. 2005).
