She brought this action in Superior Court seeking damages for her injuries against Skydive Cape Cod (SCC); its owner, Jimmy Mendonca; her skydiving instructor, Marcus Silva; the Chatham Municipal Airport (airport) management company, Cape Cod Flying Circus, Inc.
