Plaintiff Victoria Chamberlain (“Mrs. Chamberlain”) was injured when she tripped and fell on December 21, 1999, while exiting the ladies’ room of a Denny’s Restaurant located at 1412 Merritt Boulevard in Baltimore County Maryland. Joined by her husband, Mrs. Chamberlain has here sued Denny’s, Inc. (“Denny’s”), seeking compensatory damages for the personal injuries sustained by her and for loss of consortium.
