BRAWLEY, District Judge.
The complainant above named filed its bill of complaint, duly verified, March 26, 1906, alleging, among other things, that Eliza J. Langley commenced an action against the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York September 6, 1905, in the court of common pleas for the county of Lancaster in this state, on a policy of life insurance of $4,000. Thereafter, and within the time prescribed by the act of Congress in such case made and provided, the defendant filed a petition in the court of common pleas for Lancaster county for the. removal of said cause to this court, and…
