Plaintiffs Tony Kole and Ghost Industries, LLC sued the Village of Norridge (the “Village”) and various Village officials for allegedly impeding Plaintiffs’ attempts to open and operate a gun store in the Village. Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint. R. 13.
