On June 3, 2016, Comsys, Inc. and Ka-thryne McAuliffe (collectively, “the plaintiffs”) filed this lawsuit against The City of Kenosha, The City of Kenosha Water Utility, and seventeen (17) government officials (collectively, “the defendants”) under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985, 1986 and 1988 seeking damages to remedy various First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment violations, (See generally Docket #1; see also Docket # 31 at ¶¶ 1, 122-269 (amended complaint)).
