This is a petitory action in which the plaintiff alleges that he is the true and lawful owner of the 'following described property: A certain strip of land One Hundred (100) feet in width located outside and East of the Village of Port Barre, St. Landry Parish, and being part of the Railroad Right of Way abandoned by the Texas and New Orleans Railroad, Successor in title to Morgan’s Louisiana 'and Texas Railroad and Steamship Company.
