This suit was brought by Martha F. Traver against the heirs and personal representatives of Edward L. Naylor, deceased, seeking to obtain the specific performance of an alleged verbal contract entered into between plaintiff and decedent whereby, in consideration of personal services which plaintiff contracted to perform for him, decedent undertook to make a will and to devise his entire estate to her.
