In this action Sinclair Canada Oil Company, a Delaware corporation, (“Sinclair Canada”), seeks a judgment permanently enjoining Great Northern Oil Company, a Delaware corporation, (“Great Northern”), from doing any act in connection with an arbitration proceeding prior to final disposition of a lawsuit between the parties pending in a Canadian court. Sinclair Canada filed an action in the Court of Queen’s Bench, Judicial Centre of Regina, in the Province of Saskatchewan, against Great Northern, which thereafter initiated the arbitration proceeding against Sinclair Canada…
