MEMORANDUM OPINION

LAMBERTH, District Judge.

This case comes before the court on remand from the Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. On August 17, 1990, Harold D. Johnson, M.D., an African-American obstetrician-gynecologist, filed a discrimination lawsuit in this court against Greater Southeast Community Hospital of Washington, D.C. (“Greater Southeast” or “Hospital”) as well as some individually named defendants. In his complaint, Dr. Johnson set forth a number of antitrust, civil rights, and tort claims involving defendants’ alleged conspiracy to terminate his Medical Staff…
