THIS CAUSE is before the court on plaintiff Allstate’s Motion for Preliminary Injunc tion. Plaintiff requests that this court enjoin defendants from further litigation at the state court level in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Case No. 90-29279(10) in the case styled Robert Preston and T. Rebecca Preston, his wife v. Allstate Insurance Company. Defendants have filed a Motion to Dismiss Allstate’s Verified Complaint for Preliminary and Permanent Injunction.
