In this action brought under the Michigan Whistleblowers’ Protection Act (WPA), MCL 15.361 *57et seq., defendant, Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, appeals as of right a judgment entered in plaintiffs favor. Plaintiff cross-appeals regarding the trial court’s dismissal of her “about to report” claim under the WPA and the partial denial of her motion for attorney fees. We reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
