This case 1 is now before the court on plaintiffs’ post-trial motions after judgment was entered for defendant on the special verdict of the jury 2 at the con- elusion of a trial limited to the cases of three plaintiffs in this spurious class action (see Order of 7/28/60, being Document No. 30, and letter of 9/29/60 attached to Document No. 30, listing 57 plaintiffs in addition to those listed in the caption).
